Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
- Train and develop team members to deliver exceptional service and uphold company policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and timely delivery of orders.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales.
- Manage financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations.
- Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
- Experience in kitchen management and food service operations is preferred.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve common goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
